Mixed feelings about this
The vibrant decor and exceptionally attentive staff transformed our stay into a delightful experience. Each morning, we were greeted with delicious homemade breads that made breakfast a special occasion.
Inconsistent water pressure affected the upstairs shower experience, which was disappointing considering the otherwise enjoyable stay.

Located just a short walk from the cathedral, the loft I stayed in was well-equipped with a kitchenette and provided cold air conditioning, making the stay comfortable. The friendly staff, especially Daniela, were incredibly helpful, and the hotel had convenient extras like a water cooler in the lobby. A notable highlight was the delightful breakfast featuring fresh fruit and delicious homemade breads, though there was some unexpected maintenance on the pool during my stay. Another downside was the limited charging outlets in the room, which could be cumbersome.

I had a great time with my friends. The staff was super friendly and helped us find fun spots like the Jose Peon Contreras Theater and Plaza Mayor. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and socializing. Plus, the breakfast setup was cozy and a nice way to start our days.
One issue was the room's noise. The street sounds were pretty bothersome at night, making it hard to sleep.

The open-air courtyard stands out, ideal for breakfast. it offers a delightful atmosphere to start the day. Good base for exploring local sights, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The mattress in the first room was uncomfortably hard and covered in a crinkly plastic protector, creating a distracting experience. After switching rooms, while the new mattress was better, it was still rickety, causing unsettling movements during the night. Outlets are limited, requiring guests to unplug bedside lamps to charge devices, which feels inconvenient for a boutique establishment. Distance from the main square might be a stretch for some, especially in hot weather. four blocks can feel significant after a long day of exploring. The bar lacks consistent staffing, making it a hassle to figure out how to order drinks when desired.
